Ablend of yoga, Pilates, and barre elements that focuses on total body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. The Foundations of Flourish will be emphasized: breath, core activation, alignment, and body awareness.
All classes are designed for all fitness levels. Modifications will be offered to make exercises more simple and/or more difficult. Both classes will generally be low-impact with the option to scale up as you feel able. Don't be fooled, you can always expect a great workout!
