Fusion: a blend of yoga, Pilates, and barre elements that focuses on total body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. The Foundations of Flourish will be emphasized: breath, core activation, alignment, and body awareness.
Low Pressure Core:puts a spin on "traditional" core exercises. Instead of increasing the pressure in your abdominal cavity, LPC focuses on decreasing the pressure to create a lift effect for the abdominal and pelvic organs. This style of exercise improves strength, coordination, and muscle tone of the abdominals and pelvic floor. *LPC is contraindicated during pregnancy.*
All classes are designed for all fitness levels. Modifications will be offered to make exercises more simple and/or more difficult. Both classes will generally be low-impact with the option to scale up as you feel able. Don't be fooled, you can always expect a great workout!
